Postgrad. Diploma in Land Management (USS)
Internship at UPC Barcelona
Chilean architect. He completed the Master in Housing & Real Estate Projects (MAVIP) graduating with Distinction, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Land Management from USS, along with training in architectural visualization and BIM coordination. He has completed exchanges in Mexico and an internship at UPC Barcelona. He leads design and construction, working from the model: every project decision is tested in 3D before it reaches the site, because a mistake in the model costs hours and a mistake on site costs millions.

Construction & client management
Mexican architect based in Chile. She completed the Master in Housing & Real Estate Projects (MAVIP) graduating with Distinction, holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Land Management from USS and completed an internship at UPC Barcelona. She has managed construction sites in Mexico and Chile, including the build of Mexico City's New International Airport. She runs site progress, contract control and the client–contractor relationship: she is the one who makes sure what was drawn gets built on schedule and without surprises.
Philosophy
We believe architecture is written with the client and the territory. Every brief starts with a deep conversation about how people live, and ends with a project refined down to the last detail.
What we do
Full architecture services, renovations, interior design and 3D visualization. Based in Chile, with remote work for international clients.
